The Company

We are working a number of other service providers to create a support mechanism for organisations, mainly SMEs, during the recession. This has involved establishing a pool of highly experienced individuals who can give hands on support to owners, Chief Executives, Managing Directors and their teams. In order to manage and enhance this process we are now seeking experienced and qualified business coaches to participate in this process. Involvement will range from managing the overall projects, developing a coaching programme, to specific one:one coaching when and where required.

The Person The Role

* In addition to being an experienced and qualified coach, individuals should ideally have successful exposure to the private sector and some understanding of one or more of the following sectors:
* MANUFACTURING
* DISTRIBUTION
* CONSTRUCTION
* RETAIL
* FINANCIAL SERVICES
* EDUCATION
* CONSULTANCY



* The opportunities will arise nationally and initially involve a number of days over a period of months. It is hoped that success in creating an awareness of the value of coaching will lead to a continuing relationship between coach and organisation, lasting well beyond this recession.
