Diamond model – the diamond model assumes some sort of life event or insight has developed.

It suggests that an expansive phase of gathering lots of information through research and discussion over a period of time will help move towards helpful next steps.

It also implies that at some stage the information gathered will need to be evaluated using criteria to reach optimal next steps.

This selection process enables convergence to a set of actions for the next phase.
